Imara is a freelance researcher in Dutch colonial heritage. She is the production manager of Frontier Imaginaries, and part of the team establishing Black Achievement Month 2016, the Netherlands’ first black history month. Limon is also developing the exhibition Zwart Amsterdam (Black Amsterdam) as guest curator at the Amsterdam Museum.
